Every Friday is normally a good Friday, but why is this Friday called officially Good Friday? The answer is, that it celebrates the death of Jesus Christ. How strange. He died as our substitute, sacrificing His own life for you and me on Friday. That makes every Friday, but especially the Friday that we celebrate Christ’s death, a Good Friday, in fact, it is a great Friday. Hope this Good Friday is a great Friday as you remember God’s love for you and all, as “God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him, should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
